Shiven Rovers Football Club of the Roscommon & District Football League were celebrating yet another win this week. This time, however, the club received an award for their work off the field of play as they were presented with an Aviva ‘Club of the Year’ award in the facilities category at the recent FAI awards at the Minella House Hotel in Clonmel.
The award caps a successful season for the east Galway club following their senior side’s Division 1 success this past season. Things are certainly looking up in Shiven!
