The annual ‘Rossies in Dublin’ golf classic takes place on Tuesday, 13th May, at Lucan Golf Club and is again organised by Roscommon GAA Supporters Club in the capital. As usual, funds raised will cover the costs of the underage development programme in County Roscommon for the coming year, while also assisting with Roscommon representative teams visiting Dublin for competitive purposes. Teams of four cost €€600 and sponsorships of €€150 plus are invited. This is great value for a day’s golfing, top quality meals and attractive prizes. No better way for a businessperson to entertain his best customers or staff and very affordable for a great day out for a group of friends. Teams can be all male, all female or mixed. The organising team includes Martin McDermott, Tom Maye, Joe Murray, Vincent Moran, Owen Travers, and Breasal O Caollai.
