Get Running for Ronan presentation night

Over 60 women from all over County Roscommon recently completed the Women’s Mini Marathon in Dublin as part of the ‘Get Running for Ronan’ campaign. The run raised money for research into duchenne muscular dystrophy which will be presented to Muscular Dystrophy Ireland at a presentation function at Kilbride Community Centre on Friday, June 29th. Marcella Gavigan, whose son Ronan has duchenne muscular dystrophy, this week thanked everybody who took part. The function in Kilbride will get underway at 8 pm and refreshments will be served on the night.
