A coffee morning will be held in Roscommon Golf Club on Friday 29th February 2008, as a fundraiser for Daffodil Day 2008. Your support would be much appreciated. An appeal is also being made to the public for the donation of fresh daffodils, which can be delivered to the Daffodil Day depot, Unit No 1, Castle View, Roscommon (at the rear of Stone Court), on Wednesday the 5th, and Thursday 6th March, where they will be prepared for sale on the streets. The Depot will be open from 10 am to 6 pm on both days. As in previous years, volunteers are required to sell daffodils and pins on the street on Daffodil Day 7th March.
