Fundraising initiative for Homecare Services

A fund-raising initiative for Roscommon Home Services, a non-profit organisation which provides social care in County Roscommon, is currently underway.             Three events are planned, a coffee morning in Castlecoote House, a bag pack in Tesco and a race night in JJ Harlow’s. On Tuesday 27th March, Roscommon Homecare Service is hosting a coffee morning in the seventeenth century Castlecoote. Guests are invited to come along from 10 am to noon to sample the ambience and grandeur of this magnificent building and, weather permitting, take a relaxing stroll in the gardens with the river Suck flowing at the edge. And indeed Castlecoote House will be opening for the summer season this St. Patrick’s weekend.             Roscommon Community College students will do a Tesco Bag Pack on Thursday 29th and Friday 30th March. A race night is been held in JJ Harlow’s on Friday 30th March at 9.30 pm, horses can be bought from committee members, or by contacting the office. Roscommon Homecare Service this week thanked the management of Castlecoote House, the staff and students of Roscommon Community College and JJ Harlow’s for supporting them in their fundraising events. Any further enquiries of any of the above events, please contact, Joan Ward at (087) 2299155.
