Congratulations to the Four Roads U-15 Ladies Football team, who proudly brought home the Division 4 Shield at the National Féile Peile na nÓg Finals hosted by Derry GAA at Sleacht Néill on Saturday, June 27th.
Four Roads players Clodagh Finneran and Saoirse Scott enjoyed a remarkable week of football both at club and county level.
On Thursday, June 25th, the pair lined out for the Roscommon U-16 Ladies Football team in their All-Ireland B Championship semi-final against Armagh at Breffni Park, Cavan. Sandwiched between two National Féile weekends, Clodagh and Saoirse once again demonstrated their commitment and talent, producing outstanding performances to help Roscommon secure a dramatic extra-time victory on a scoreline of 2-15 to 1-16.
It capped an extraordinary week for the two dual players, who then travelled to Derry to help Four Roads capture the Division 4 Féile Shield just two days later.
