Ballaghaderreen GAA Club this week thanked Michael Finneran for his help in securing €160,000 under the 2007 Sports Capital Grant lottery funding. Thanking Deputy Finneran, Marguerite Drake said, ‘Deputy Finneran took time out of his busy schedule to meet with the committee in our clubhouse and advised us on our application. Work will commence on the project shortly. We again thank Deputy Finneran for his efforts on our behalf.’
