The County Manager quoted Dr. Richard Florida who said that without a creative class, a nation will not flourish. ‘Cúpla seachtain ó shin thug mé cuirt go Quebec, ait a labhairt Fraincis mar gnáth teanga. Más feidir le daoine mar sin an theanga a sháru agus choimeád, is feidir linne é a dheanamh freisin.’ He welcomed Rex Lee Jim from the Navajo culture, where Navajo exists side by side with American and English speaking culture and also Welsh language poet Meg Ellis.
