Exceptional value for first ten customers at Roshill

Exceptional value is on offer for the first ten customers who buy homes in phase one of Roshill at Galway Road, Roscommon.  There are special pre-Christmas launch prices for the first ten units bought off the plans and viewing of the showhouses is available by appointment. Significant interest has been reported in the houses and it is expected that the first ten homes will be sold quickly, given the value on offer. Prices for the three bedroom Arlington now range from €192,500 to €207,000, while the four-bedroom Ross style house is now available at €238,000. Whitethorn, a three bedroom semi detached home is now priced at €215,000, while only two four-bedroom Cheriton homes remain, both priced at €350,000. David Diffley of Property Partners Earley in Roscommon reports that interest in the development is significant and added that no more homes will be released at the prices currently on offer. All of the homes, bar the two Cheriton homes, are semi-detached.  The homes are a steel frame construction, which allows extra insulation and also reduces noise. The homes feature an exceptionally high level of insulation throughout and thus enjoy a very high energy rating.  The first homes can be occupied from March 2008 and the first phase of the site will be finished independently, assuring quality living at the location. Phase one is totally independent from phase two and three, so there will be no construction traffic on the site during the construction of the other phases. Phase one is comprised of over 40 houses. Galway Road is a very prestigious area in Roscommon town, being just minutes from all the local schools and as well as all the social, retail and sporting amenities which the county town has to offer. The homes were designed by AOL Design in Roscommon and are being built by Coffey Construction of Athenry. Check out the development on www.propertypartners.ie or visit the Coffey Construction website on www.coffeyconstruction.com ‘We expect that the bulk of them will be sold by early new year and people living in them from March,’ said David Diffley of Property Partners.
