We started our business on Church Street in March 1991 and we have gone from strength to strength, gaining a lot of experience along the way!
This year has been our best for many years, with the result that we had to put our 25th celebrations on hold – business comes first!
We pride ourselves in treating customers with courtesy and professionalism. We deal with all aspects of travel, including: leisure, business, honeymoons, weekend breaks and ski trips to every country in the world.
We love looking after families who want their dream holiday and we can provide something to suit every budget.
Like everything in life, you get what you pay for and we try to guide our customers according to what they expect from a holiday.
Honeymoons are also one of our specialities and that’s where Anita comes in…Anita will work with couples for as long as it takes to ensure that their honeymoon is perfect.
Every customer is given a tailored service and we offer a one to one service, in the office and after hours.
Martina specialises in the cruise business. She has a wealth of knowledge, from the Carribean Sea to the Northern Lights. River cruising has become very popular, using smaller ships and usually making about four stops per day.
Cruise deals come in from time to time with ‘two for one’ offers, and we advertise them on our facebook page. If you leave your details with Martina she will notify you when these offers come in. Martina is also our Camino expert, and whether you want to walk 20 miles or 200 miles Martina will sort it for you.
PJ keeps himself busy with business travel. East West has business accounts with people from across a wide spectrum. At the moment PJ is run off his feet with horseracing in Dubai! We have contracts for jockeys, trainers and staff who travel to these events.
Annamay deals with accounts, and ensures that the office is kept running smoothly. She also looks after sun holidays so if the sun is your thing, talk to Annamay!
Angela has recently joined the team and we promise to keep her busy in the New Year! We are looking forward working with her and making the most of her great knowledge of the USA!
Since last August, more families than ever before have booked their holidays for summer 2017! Early booking is becoming the new latest trend with better value on offer.
Our staff love handing out holiday tickets, we are almost as excited as our customers! Even when things don’t go according to plan on your holiday, we’ll be here to help until the issue is resolved. Thankfully, we haven’t had to offer our ‘all hands on deck’ assistance too often since 1991 and that’s the way we like it! But just in case, our customers are offered our 24 hour emergency phone number, this is very conforting for them to know if there is an issue they can contact us immediately.
When we opened in 1991 we helped young couples to plan their first holiday together, which eventually leads to their honeymoons. Sometimes there’s a break for a couple of years and suddenly the couple return with new family members as they set about planning their first family holiday!
In a couple of cases we have even booked their post-leaving cert children on that important end of school holiday!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our valued customers who have trusted us since 1991 a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year!

Did you know?
Pj worked with Aer Lingus in Dublin for 14 years before joining Royal Jordanain as their Irish manager (where he remained for a furher 9 years) and onwards to Roscommon. PJ received great training with Aer Lingus and he is known as one of the most experienced in the trade.
Annamay has 25 years travel experience.
Anita is 20 years in the business.
Martina is over 25 years a travel agent.
Angela has served 12 years in the business.
Altogether – and this makes us all feel old – we have a total of 130 plus years experience!
