Connaughton Auctioneers sold a residential farm in Dysart by online auction last Friday, April 14th, on the LSL Platform (Livestock Live). The property was available for sale in lots with the Residence on approximately 19.9 acres selling pre-auction for an undisclosed figure and the remaining approximately 22.10 acres selling under the hammer for €210,000 to local landowners.
Auctioneer Ivan Connaughton commented on the auction: “We were delighted to be selected as agents for this sale. To the disappointment of many, the vendor agreed the sale of the Residence and 19.90 acres before the auction with the remaining lands achieving close to €10,000 per acre.
“We are actively looking for similar properties in the general Dysart area for awaiting clients and disappointed underbidders. This online auction was our first of 2023 with a further three online auctions planned for May alone and around ten more over the summer months”.
