Very few stalemates last weekend with most of the heavy favourites winning. Spare a thought for Ballymoe who despite winning ten games out of ten are only two points ahead of a team who boast a far superior goals scored record and have also conceded one less. The league leaders have a game in hand over second placed Moore United, who themselves have been in superb form.
Forget Merseyside v Manchester this Sunday, Ballymoe take on Ballinasloe Town while Ballaghaderreen entertain Castlerea Celtic in the Premier Division. I’ll be at the Ballaghaderreen game so pop over and say hello – unless you’re a Liverpool fan! (I jest!)
