Connaughton Auctioneers seeking all types of properties

Connaughton Auctioneers are now taking listings for their fourth multi Property Auction in 2017, the last three of which were hugely successful with over 20 properties sold. This latest one will be held in Gleeson’s Townhouse, Roscommon on Friday, 8th of September 2017.

Auctioneer Ivan Connaughton states: “We already have substantial interest in our upcoming auction where we hope to have in excess of 15 properties entered to include agricultural land, residences, sites and commercial property.

“With a large volume of purchasers coming from the UK, we also require countryside cottages in any condition for awaiting clients. The method of selling property by Public Auction is becoming more and more popular where the seller/vendor does not have to wait for a considerable time to sell their property as purchasers must sign unconditional contracts and pay 10% on the day should they be the highest bidder at or in excess of the reserve price. With the marketing we carry out both in Ireland and abroad, all sellers can be assured a maximum price will be achieved for all properties. At our last auction, three properties sold in excess of their reserve, which speaks for itself. Prospective purchasers are also clear in the knowledge that if they purchase on the day, the sale will close four weeks later.

“Anyone interested in further information in buying or selling at any of our auctions or by Private Treaty can contact our office on 090-6663700 or Ivan on 086-898 5013 or alternatively email info@ivanconnaughton.com.”
