Community and voluntary organisations across County Roscommon are being invited to seek funding through the Community Heritage Grant Scheme 2027.
The Heritage Council has opened the first-stage Expression of Interest process for the scheme, which supports community-led projects aimed at protecting, conserving, recording, celebrating and promoting Ireland’s heritage.
A new two-stage application system is being introduced for 2027.
At the first stage, organisations need only provide a short outline explaining their project, the heritage involved, why the project is needed and its expected community benefit.
Detailed budgets, quotations and supporting documentation will not be required until the second stage.
Shortlisted applicants will then be invited to submit full applications.
