Creggs native, Caroline Ward has been appointed HR services manager to national HR and recruitment company Collins McNicholas.
Caroline has been with Collins McNicholas since 2011. Her previous roles at the company include HR consultant and recruitment consultant.
“I am delighted to have been appointed to this exciting new role and look forward to providing recruitment and assessment services to organisations throughout the country,” said Caroline.
Caroline comes from a Human Resources and Psychology background and is responsible for designing and providing assessment and HR services for a wide range of clients. She holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from University of Nottingham and is certified by The British Psychological Society to carry out a range of Psychometric Assessments.
With five offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Sligo and Athlone, Collins McNicholas is the only nationally based recruitment company headquartered outside of Dublin. Caroline will be based at the Athlone office but will be working with clients across the country.
