Both lots of lands are located at Lisagallon, Cloverhill, Co. Rocommon.

“The price achieved for land at the present time is very strong and the result of this auction clearly shows that local demand determines the price achievable, with farm one containing c. 36.5 acres achieving €201,000 and the farm two containing c. 29.5 acres achieving €105,500.”
