Castlerea Musical Society are proud to present the West of Ireland Premiere of the hilarious Musical ‘Dirty Rotten Scoundrels’ in the Enterprise Hub, Castlerea, from Wednesday, 8th of February until Saturday, 11th of February 2017 at 8 pm nightly.
This will be a 48th musical production for the society who will celebrate a remarkable 50th anniversary next year.
This year’s musical is based on the 1988 American comedy film which starred the legendary Michael Caine and comic actor Steve Martin.
It is set in the French Riviera and tells the story of two men competing to swindle an American heiress of a considerable amount of money.
There is a great twist in this story but suffice to say, in the best tradition of musicals, all will be revealed on the night of the show. The cast comprises of great musical talent from all around Castlerea and surrounding areas.

Family tickets are also available this year with special rates for two adults and two children.
