A Carrick-on-Shannon entrepreneur has launched a new online platform aimed at connecting people who need everyday jobs completed with workers in their local area.
Alex Hanly, 25, is the founder of DoneNow, a website where users can advertise jobs and local workers can respond.
The service works through a phone’s web browser and does not require users to download an app.
Mr Hanly said the platform has already attracted users locally and is intended to provide a simple way of finding help for everyday tasks while creating opportunities for people looking to pick up work.
DoneNow is available at donenow.ie.
