There was good news for Roscommon football today with confirmation that both Brian Stack and Enda Smith have been nominated for PwC GAA/GPA All-Star awards.
In addition, goalkeeper Conor Carroll is one of the three nominees for the Young Player of the Year award.
This year the All Star football team will be announced live at the ceremony in the RDS on Friday, November 17th.
Meanwhile, in other Roscommon GAA news, it has also been announced that Kevin Sammon from County Clare will be the new Roscommon senior hurling manager. He has had a number of managerial jobs with Clare clubs in recent years, including Broadford and O’Callaghan’s Mills.
