Athleague hurlers into last four

In last weekend’s Roscommon senior club hurling quarter-final, played in Creggs, two goals in injury-time gave Athleague a dramatic two-point win against Oran.
Kieran Farrell’s men looked like they were through when they led by 0-14 to 0-12 going into injury-time but late goals from Niall Connolly and Aengus Lyons saw Athleague through to meet St Dominic’s. Final score: Athleague 2-12 Oran 0-16
