The appeal against the participation of Cork in the NFL and NHL lodged by Roscommon to the GAA was ruled out of order. That was according to Central Council delegate Tommy Kenoy. ‘We could have taken it to the DRA but we were too late – however that’s where it lies. There is good news though because an appeal by Wexford along similar lines was accepted and will be heard so there will be a test case’ he concluded.
