Property Partners Earley, Roscommon are delighted to report another successful multi lot public auction which comprised of agricultural lands and an investment property in the Roscommon area.
The auction was held in ‘The Central Bar’, Roscommon town and was well attended as reported by John Earley, who conducted the auction.
The first property comprised of 15.7 acres of lands set out in two main lots located at Rathmore, Fourmilehouse, Co. Roscommon on which stood a three-bedroomed bungalow residence in need of renovation. The property was sold in lots for the combined figure of €140,000. Solicitors with carriage of sale are Messers PA Connellan & Co., Strokestown, Co. Roscommon.
The second property, located at Cloonastiallas, Strokestown, comprised of c. 25.06 acres in total, set out in one lot, and was eventually knocked down for the figure of €105,000. Solicitors with carriage of sale were Messers Padraig Kelly & Co., Strokestown, Co. Roscommon.
The third property located at 5 Ard Ri, Galway Road, Roscommon, was withdrawn at €110,000 and negotiations are ongoing by private treaty at present. The agents are hopeful of concluding same as soon as possible. Solicitors with carriage of sale were Messers Mahon Sweeney & Co., Roscommon.
John Earley reported very strong interest and viewings in all lots pre-auction and now has a list of underbidders and enquiries for similar properties.
