€50,000 is total reserve for three houses in Loughglynn

Three modern, three-bedroomed houses at Loughglynn, near Castlerea, could sell for as little as €50,000 altogether – equivalent to just over €16,500 apiece – at an Allsop auction at the RDS, Dublin, on February 25.

  The houses – 10, 11 and 12 Hanley Avenue – each measure almost 1,350 sq. ft. and will be offered collectively in one lot for a reserve of €50,000.

  The two-story, semi-detached properties each have gardens to the rear.

  They are some of several homes from Co. Roscommon that will go under the hammer for knockdown prices at the auction.

  A three-bedroomed house in Ballaghaderreen could sell for as little as €10,000. The property measures 818 sq. ft. and is located in the townland of Toonbracken. 

  A two-bedroomed bungalow, called Kilruane House, at Lisacul, near Castlerea, has a reserve of just only €15,000. The property measures about 1,200 sq. ft.

  A first-floor, two-bedroomed apartment in Monksland has an attractive reserve of only €30,000. The property, 1, Slí an Choiste, measures around 731 sq. ft.

  Two three-bedroomed, semi-detached houses at Westview, Cloonfad, west Roscommon, have reserves of €38,000 and €39,000 respectively.
