A large crowd attended Pat Hughes & Co.’s 16th annual Machinery Auction last Friday night with a 70% clearance on the night.
Sales are continuing at present and once again people travelled from all over the country to attend the auction. The weather stayed fine and business was brisk.
Pat has confirmed that they are accepting final offers on Greenmount House, Galway Road, Roscommon. The residence, which is a four- bedroomed two-storey in need of some modernisation stands on a half-acre site and is located a short distance from Roscommon town. Viewing is a must.
At Cloonshee, Kilrooskey, Roscommon, Hughes & Company have for sale three and a half acres of land with access to two roads, leaving it suitable for development subject to planning permission being granted.
