14th Percy French Festival takes place next month

The 14th Percy French Festival takes place at Castlecoote House on July 20th, 21st and 22nd this year and the theme for this year’s event is ‘Does the Soul have a future?’

Speakers this year include Paul Kingsworth – Silicon Transcendence v Roots of the Lane; Mairin MacCarron – Saints, Scholars and Medieval Ireland; Professor Gerard Casey – What’s a nice soul like you doing with a body like this; Charles Piecyk – Kant to Transhumanism Human Nature in Post Modernity; John F. Deane – Three Strange Angels; Eileen Coyle Soprano; Col Ceathair – a little “soul” music; Larissa Nolan – Where am I – Reflections on finding the authentic Voice of Irish Medium; Martin D. Henry – Questions to Christianity; Michael Hardiman – Carl Jung’s Modern Man in search of Soul; Phil Sheppard – Percy French’s Landscape of the soul; Cathy Jordan – Ambassador for Irish Music & Culture; Frasier Hickland – Piano The Unwanted – The Caper, Call and cry of the soul.
