Tidy Towns celebration in Kilteevan

The Cloonlarge Loop, Kilteevan won 2nd prize for Sustainable Development in the 2019 Tidy Towns Competition. Kilteevan Tidy Towns would like to thank everyone who supported them in achieving this major success.

The award was presented recently by Josepha Madigan, Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht in Glaslough, Co Monaghan, Ireland’s Tidiest Town 2019.

To celebrate this success, local boglands, and Kilteevan’s unique biodiversity, Kilteevan Tidy Towns are hosting a coffee morning on Sunday, December 1st at 10.45 am in Kilteevan Community Centre. All welcome.

The committee would be delighted to chat with the new community of walkers, cyclists and nature lovers who are enjoying local peatlands. If you are new to the neighbourhood, you are especially welcome.

Kilteevan Tidy Towns would be most grateful if you can help to sustain further similar developments in Kilteevan by supporting the raffle or by making a donation on the day.
